Established in 1993,
Telanswer, Inc., is the
only combined communications company in southern Idaho able to supply
both paging and answering
service, offering all types of pagers and supported services. We are the
only true locally owned and operated combined service located in the
Treasure Valley.

What Do We Do?
Our
24-hour "Telanswer Answering Service" is billed on a per call
basis. A call constitutes a line answered with information documented.
That is name, number, and a message taken according to parameters that
you have set.
At
Telanswer, Inc, we answer in your business name, with the goal of
personalizing your service to meet the needs of your business. We
understand that not all businesses require the same services, and our
state-of-the-art equipment enables us to customize each individual
account accordingly. Telanswer, Inc. operators are well-trained,
professional, and treat each account with the respect that your company
deserves.

Telanswer, Inc. bills on
a per call basis. Our
goal is to determine the number of calls your company may receive on a
monthly basis.

What Additional Services
Are Offered?

Create an announcement to play before the operators
answer. It could be used to supply the caller with your office hours, ask them if they wish to leave a voice message or if it is an
emergency, and to please stay on the line for an operator to assist them.
(There is no additional charge for this announcement.)

Have your messages faxed or e-mailed to your office at no additional
charge.
- Page Mail allows
e-mails to be sent to your Alphanumeric pager from anyone that you
allow access to your personal web form (provided by us).
- Have messages taken by our operators
e-mailed to your Alphanumeric pager.
